How Cashback Works.

If you are familiar with Cashback Sites Please also read this as Cashback is displayed diferently to what you will be used to.

Because we take Cashback down to product level rather than the usual Retailer level, we can display the amount of actual cashback you would get if you bought the item you are veiwing as oppossed to only being able to show the percentage the retailer offers.

Should you click through on one item and purchase something different or more than one item, you will still get the cashback due on all items you purchase, regardless of whether the item you purchased was the item you clicked through on, (please remember though to receive cashback you must be logged in and must have clicked through to the retailer from our site)

Where The Cashback Comes from

Advertisers pay a commission for Comparison Plus introducing the customer to them, and Comparison Plus gives 90% of that commission back to the customer.

The Retailer has given us special links that let them know you have come from our site, we add a unique code to the end of this link that identifies the members click, this code the retailer records and returns to us along with our commission details, Your cashback is then added to your account as pending, once we have received payment the pending status of your Cashback changes to Cleared, when you have accumilated £25 of cleared Cashback You can make a claim,

Do I have To be a Member to use Comparison Plus

No you do not have to be a member to use Comparison Plus. We have introduced a unique system were by Cashback amounts are not displayed if you are not logged in as a member. This means that the site is open to everybody to use, but details of your purchases are not recorded if you are not a member. This should also make sure that members dont accidently click through and purchase without logging in.

There are some Retailers that do not allow cashback to be given to our members, these retailers will not show in any results to a logged in member therefore no misunderstandings can occure.
