PC World UK offer great deals and cheap prices on the latest technology for computers and entertainment products. For computing we have the largest range of Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, Computer Software, TFT Monitors, Networking, PC Peripherals, Components and Data Storage including External Hard Drives and USB drives. We also offer computer repairs and data transfer services through the Tech Guys who are based in all our PC World stores.
For entertainment, PC World have the latest HD Ready LCD and Plasma TVs, DABs, Mp3 players, Apple iPods, Gadgets, Games consoles and the latest technology available including the latest Sat Nav and Digital Cameras.
Where we Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on thetype of products you select and on whether you choose standard delivery (we usually deliver in 3-4 working days) or a premium service (e.g. our morning delivery service). You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered:
For example, if you have a single Delivery Shopping Basket containing a laptop with a standard delivery price of £14.95, a laptop case with a standard delivery price of £5.95 & a printer with free delivery you will only be charged £14.95 standard delivery for those products.
When you add products to your Delivery Shopping Basket, the appropriate standard delivery charge will be added automatically. There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service (e.g. morning delivery). If you add additional items, please double check the charge by clicking “Re-calculate”. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Refunds
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
In otherwise in 'as-new' condition;
Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges. We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund if they are not taken into a store. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only (i.e. premium services are not available).
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
